- Source properties through various channels and networks some of which are not offered to the general public (i.e. “off market” opportunities).

- Once we have identified and inspected a property that meets our stringent investment criteria we prepare a detailed investment report which includes a detailed description of the property / improvements, photos, locational attributes, suburb median price history, estimate of rental return, summary of acquisition and holding costs, estimate of likely purchase price having analysed comparable sales evidence and importantly, the key investment criteria that it satisfies.
- If you wish to proceed to purchase, we organise building and pest inspections.
- We negotiate the purchase of the property with the estate agent or vendor on your behalf based on your instructions ensuring we purchase the property at or below fair market value.
- We have a trusted network of conveyancers and financiers should you not have your own.
- We recommend and organise a property manager having being interviewed and selected by us.
