Buyer Advocacy - Investment Philosophy

InterProperty exists to provide clients with the opportunity to invest in high growth property markets in Melbourne and throughout Australia. Research and comprehensive due diligence are the key pillars on which InterProperty is built. We believe in a long term, low risk investment strategy and therefore only purchase blue chip investment properties located in close proximity to major Australian capital cities.

Most property investors purchase an investment property in close proximity to where they live, they want to stick to an area they know, however by doing this, an investor can substantially limit the potential of the investment. At InterProperty we undertake extensive research to identify areas that are going to outperform the general property market.

InterProperty has strict investment criteria that each property must pass and only after extensive due diligence will it be recommended to our clients. Most investment properties will not survive this process.
